PAYMENT FOR ALL WINNING LOTS AT THIS AUCTION MUST BE PROCESSED OVER THE TELEPHONE or by MAIL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. A 15% buyers premium will be added to total bid amounts. There is a 4% credit card processing fee for the total amount due. Shipping charges will be handled in the same manner. All items are sold 'as-is', 'where-is' with no warranties, or guarantees. All sales are Final and No Returns. Some items may be subject to a reserve which is the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold. Freeman Yoder Auctions may execute a bid on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve. Under no circumstances will the auctioneer place any bid on behalf of the consignor above the reserve. The auctioneer will not specifically identify bids placed on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve. The auctioneer is the sole ruling party on all disputes.
